OpenAI's ChatGPT Core Experiences team is seeking a Senior iOS Software Engineer to innovate and evolve the core UX design, technical architecture, and essential features of the iOS ChatGPT client experience. As part of our mission to create industry-leading AI capabilities, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining key features that empower users and align with our broader product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core iOS client experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Drive foundational improvements for the iOS app, including performance enhancements and architectural upgrades
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery of core features and improvements
- Prioritize quality through focus on performance, latency, reliability, and user satisfaction
- Ship innovative experiences that push the boundaries of AI research and product development
- Plan and deploy mobile platform infrastructure for building, testing, and deploying product experiences
- Execute projects in collaboration with research, product, design, and data science teams
- Foster a diverse and inclusive culture that encourages open communication and challenges group-think
