Based in San Francisco, CA, this role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week and relocation assistance for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own services that connect our research with partner-built prototypes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize service composability and robustness
- Transform research breakthroughs into tangible product possibilities
Requirements:
- Relentless problem-solving mindset
- Experience building maintainable backend infrastructure
- Expertise in developing user-facing products
- Proficiency in performance optimization (Python, with increasing focus on Rust)
Nice to have:
- Experience with LLM deployment and serving
- Knowledge of WebRTC and low-latency communication
- Familiarity with Rust
