How to Create AI Presentations with Gamma AI

Let’s see the power of this AI by testing a few types of decks.

First of all, go to Gamma.app and create your account. Your new workspace is then ready.

Let’s create a new AI presentation by simply clicking on “Create new AI” button.

Beautiful. Here we got 3 options (I like them all, you’ll see they’re all useful) :

• Paste in text : imagine you already have a written course, blog post or whatever notes or content you want to transform into a beautiful presentation. You don’t need to ask AI to generate some random content. You have your own content. You simply have to clic on “Paste in text”
• Generate : the popular one. You know the subject, but you need an AI to help you generate your content. Give it your prompt and the content is then beautifuly rendered into slides. We’ll use this option below in our example.
• Import file or URL : it is similar to the first option. Your content is ready, but in a different format : powerpoint, pdf, webpage, notion doc, etc.

Let’s use the second option.

How to Generate an AI Presentation using a Prompt

Write your prompt. You don’t have to make it long, it’s not ChatGPT. Click then on Generate outline.

This page divided in 3 sections :

• Settings : you can change the text length per card, the audience you’re writing, the tone, the language, use images and add additional instructions.
• Content : you have your different cards (8 by default). These cards are going to be transformed into slides.
• Tips : it helps you using the interface.

When you’re happy with your generated cards, you can click on Continue.

The next step is about picking the theme/template you want to use as predefined design for your slides.

Pick your theme and click on Generate.

And let the magic happen!
